The Kozzi Premier and Premier Plus warranties are fully transferable to subsequent homeowners for the remainder of the coverage period. A transfer request must be submitted to our warranty department within 30 days of a property title transfer.
Foundation and Installation Requirements
To maintain the integrity of the Structural Warranty, all Kozzi Space units must be installed on a foundation that meets our engineering specifications (recommended reinforced concrete slab). Damage caused by improper site preparation, unlevel foundations, or improper "setting" by third-party crane services is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects originating from our facility. It does not cover:
