Welcome to Kozzi Space Inc. ("Kozzi Space," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.kozzispace.com), mobile messaging services, and all related services and products, including the sale and delivery of prefabricated and container-based housing units (collectively, the "Services").

1. Scope of Services
Kozzi Space designs, manufactures, and sells prefabricated housing units, commercial container buildings, and related services such as customization, delivery, permitting assistance, and post-sale support.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or purchase products. If you use our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. Terms and conditions for sms

  • Message Frequency: You may receive approximately 5-10 messages per day related to your requests. However, the frequency may vary depending on the nature of the communication.
  • Opt-In Method:
    You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Kozzi Space in the following ways:

    • Opt-Out Method:
      You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

All product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed through approved methods. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

6. Delivery & Installation
We will coordinate delivery and (if applicable) installation based on agreed timelines. You are responsible for providing a suitable location and access. Delivery delays due to weather, permitting, or third-party carriers are not the responsibility of Kozzi Space.

7. Warranty & Returns
Warranty details are provided per product. Due to the nature of custom builds, returns may not be accepted unless otherwise stated in writing. Please contact customer service for warranty claims.

8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs, and website content are the intellectual property of Kozzi Space and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Kozzi Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us within the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Alabama. Class action waivers apply.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
