Premier Warranty Coverage

Structural Coverage (5 Years)

We guarantee that all primary structural components of your container home — including the container frame, roof panels, and exterior walls — are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Container steel structure (excluding support beams)
  • Exterior wall panels
  • Roof panels and welds
  • Load-bearing connections within the container body

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Foundation or footings
  • Support beams
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation, modification, accidents, acts of nature, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines


Remedy:

If a covered defect is reported within the warranty period, Kozzi Space will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component.

Systems Coverage (1 year)

Kozzi Space Systems Coverage Warranty

We guarantee that all installed mechanical and electrical systems — including HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical wiring — are free from defects in materials, workmanship, and installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
  • Interior and exterior plumbing lines, fixtures, and fittings
  • Electrical wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures installed by Kozzi Space

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal maintenance items such as filters, bulbs, fuses, or batteries
  • Issues resulting from improper utility connections or lack of required maintenance
  • Damage due to acts of nature, freezing, or power surges

Remedy:

If a covered defect is reported within the warranty period, Kozzi Space will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component.

Component & Finish Coverage (1 year)

Kozzi Space Component & Finish Coverage Warranty

We guarantee that all non-structural components and interior/exterior finishes of your container home are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Interior and exterior wall finishes
  • Flooring and ceiling finishes
  • Doors and windows
  • Paint and surface coatings
  • Hardware, fixtures, and trim
  • Installed lighting fixtures

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cabinetry or built-in furniture
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration
  • Cosmetic imperfections reported after delivery acceptance
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Moisture damage caused by improper maintenance or alterations
  • Acts of nature (flood, wind, earthquake, etc.)

Remedy:

If a covered defect is reported within the warranty period, Kozzi Space will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component or finish.

Premier Plus Warranty Coverage

Structural Coverage (10 years)

Extended to ten years, providing long-term security for your structure’s integrity.

We guarantee that all primary structural components of your container home — including the container frame, roof panels, and exterior walls — are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (10) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Container steel structure (excluding support beams)
  • Exterior wall panels
  • Roof panels and welds
  • Load-bearing connections within the container body

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cabinetry or built-in furniture
