Kozzi Space Return & Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Kozzi Space Group LLC/ Kozzi Space LLC, every unit is a custom-engineered structure built to unique buyer specifications. Because our products involve permanent structural modifications to ISO containers, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Refunds We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products or services. Once a milestone payment is received, it is considered fully earned and non-refundable. This applies to:

Container residences and commercial units.
Architectural, MEP, and technical design services.
Custom modifications and specialized material procurement.

2. Order Finality Due to the personalized and permanent nature of our builds, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once a project has reached the "Administrative Start" phase. This includes the period during MEP design and CAD elevation drafting, as resources are committed to the Buyer's specific site requirements.

3. Defective or Damaged Products In the event of delivery damage or manufacturing defects, Kozzi Space Group LLC retains the exclusive Right to Cure. We will arrange for professional repairs in accordance with the warranty agreement. Reported defects do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the Buyer to a refund, payment suspension, or order cancellation.

4. Payment Discipline Failure to remit milestone payments per the agreed schedule may result in project abandonment and the forfeiture of all previously paid funds as liquidated damages.
