Kozzi Space Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 23, 2025

At Kozzi Space, each of our container homes and commercial units is custom-built to meet the unique specifications of our customers. Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products or services once an order is confirmed. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Container homes

  • Commercial container units (cafés, offices, rentals, etc.)

  • Custom modifications, upgrades, or installations

Due to the personalized and permanent nature of our builds, cancellations, exchanges, or modifications are not permitted once production has begun.

Order Confirmation
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their order details, specifications, and drawings before final confirmation. Once a deposit is made or production begins, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your unit arrives with damage caused during delivery or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange for repairs in accordance with your warranty agreement. This does not constitute a return or refund.
