You’ll receive high-definition video updates at every critical production phase—Engineering, Fabrication, and Final Inspection.   • Step 01: Visualization & Feasibility


    Every Kozzi Space begins with a Phase 1 Design Consultation. We translate your vision into a precision CAD layout while simultaneously evaluating your site's regulatory and logistical feasibility. This phase ensures your project is architecturally sound and code-compliant before a single weld is made.

  • 02 | Engineering and Allocation


    Upon approval of your Phase 1 design, we transition to technical engineering. Your project is officially allocated a production slot in our Birmingham manufacturing facility. During this phase, we finalize structural load calculations, secure specialized materials, and provide the necessary documentation for your financing and local permitting.

  • 03 | Fabrication and Deployment


    While your site is prepared, your project is precision-built in our facility. We eliminate weather delays by executing the structural welding, & thermal sealing. Once fabrication is complete and inspected, we coordinate the precision logistics to deliver and place your module on its permanent foundation.
