Professional Status: > Kozzi Space Group LLC ("Kozzi Space") is a specialized Design-Build manufacturing firm. Kozzi Space is not a licensed architectural or engineering firm. All designs and floor plans are for illustrative and manufacturing purposes. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all units comply with local zoning, land use, and site-specific engineering requirements.

ADA & Accessibility Compliance: > Kozzi Space units are manufactured to industrial standards. Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or local accessibility codes regarding site placement, ramps, and interior clearances is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their local site engineer.

Digital Rendering & Color Disclaimer: > Renderings and photographs displayed on this site are for conceptual purposes only. Buyer acknowledges that digital displays may not perfectly represent physical material colors. Variations in lighting, texture, and digital calibration are not considered defects. Kozzi Space reserves the right to substitute materials of equivalent or superior quality based on global supply chain availability.

Intellectual Property & No-Poaching: > All content on this website, including 3D renderings and modular designs, is the exclusive property of Kozzi Space Group LLC. Unauthorized "reverse engineering" is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, Buyer shall not solicit for employment or hire any employee or contractor of Kozzi Space for a period of two (2) years following the completion of any project.
