Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

Kozzi Space Group LLC offers the following paths to ownership:

  • Direct Purchase: Full or milestone-based payments via our secure portal (HoneyBook) or Wire Transfer.

  • Financing: We work with third-party lenders. Please note that "Approval for Financing" does not constitute a "Production Start." Production only begins once Kozzi Space receives the initial mobilization deposit in full.

  • Reservation Agreements: On specific limited-run models, a non-refundable reservation fee may be required to hold a production slot.

2. Cancellation & Production Phases

Because our units are custom-built using high-grade structural steel and specialized MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs, our cancellation policy is based on the Project Phase:

  • Phase 1: Administrative & Design (Pre-Production) Once the initial deposit or MEP fee is paid, the project enters the "Administrative Phase." Cancellation during this phase will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit to cover architectural drafting, engineering, and administrative overhead.  Once complete and approved the project build begins.

  • Phase 2: Material Procurement & Fabrication Once raw materials (ISO containers, steel framing, windows) have been ordered or the "Design Freeze" has been signed, the order is Non-Cancellable. At this stage, 100% of the funds are committed to your specific build and cannot be recovered.

  • Phase 3: Logistics & Delivery Orders cannot be canceled or redirected once the unit has been scheduled for transport.

3. Abandonment of Project

Failure to remit a milestone payment within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date shall be deemed a voluntary cancellation/abandonment of the project by the Buyer. In such cases:

  • Kozzi Space retains 100% of all paid funds as liquidated damages.

  • Kozzi Space retains full ownership and title of the physical unit and materials.

4. How to Request Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@kozzispace.com. A confirmation of receipt from Kozzi Space is required to finalize the request. Refunds are not provided; however, a "Production Credit" may be issued at the sole discretion of Kozzi Space leadership, less a 25% administrative restocking fee.
