Professional Sealing: Every unit is meticulously sealed by a Kozzi-provided licensed contractor. We ensure the exterior envelope is 100% weather-tight before it ever touches your land.

Interior Continuity: All interior unit-to-unit connections—from flooring transitions to electrical runs—are completed in-house. When your home is delivered, the interior is already a cohesive, high-end living space.

Plug-and-Play Systems: Homes come standard with high-efficiency Split HVAC systems and full integrated plumbing/electrical (MEP) packages.
